Guest Guidelines

At Pearl Street Station, we're committed to providing a welcoming, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for every guest and team member. We ask everyone who visits to help us maintain a respectful and friendly atmosphere.

To ensure that everyone enjoys their time with us, we ask that guests:

• Treat fellow guests, our staff, and our neighbors with courtesy and respect.
• Refrain from disruptive behavior, including excessive yelling, screaming, whistling, profanity, harassment, bullying, or other conduct that disturbs others.
• Help keep our property clean by disposing of trash properly and respecting both our restaurant and the surrounding neighborhood.

For the comfort of all guests, appropriate attire is required. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if clothing is excessively revealing, contains offensive language or graphics, or creates an unpleasant environment for others, including strong odors.

We also reserve the right to address any hygiene or conduct issues that interfere with the comfort and dining experience of our guests.

Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave whose behavior is disruptive, threatening, or inconsistent with these guidelines.
